Continuing to Change Lives Together
Violence, poverty, and limited opportunities continue to shape the lives of many children and young people in Rio de Janeiro’s favelas. For them, education is far more than learning—it provides safety, stability, and the chance to build a better future.
For seven years, United VARs and Kleine Hilfsaktion have worked together to support vulnerable children around the world. In 2026, we continue this successful partnership in Brazil through the Uerê and Gamboa Ação projects.
Together, these projects provide educational support, psychosocial care, nutrition, and safe spaces for children growing up in challenging circumstances.
We are close to reaching our fundraising goal, but additional support is still needed to maximize the impact of the project.
Every contribution helps us reach more children and create lasting opportunities.
